 About me

The first time I ever used a DSLR camera was at the start of high school. A friend left his camera with me for a week and after playing around with it, taking horribly over-exposed photos of my friends, I was intrigued enough to take a photography class at school.

After learning how to properly use a DSLR camera, Photography soon became my favourite class and the class I did best in. It was a lot of fun just mucking around on Photoshop, learning new techniques, and seeing what Photoshop was capable of doing. My teacher inspired me to try out some more abstract photography for an asignment and this became my favourite style of photography. But, this was closely followed by landscape and portrait photography.

Outside of school, I found myself using photography to cheer myself up. It amazed me how something as simple as taking a photo can make me feel better. It was a way to express how I was feeling, and it led to me taking some of my favourite photos.

My dream is to capture our planet's beauty and inspire people to go out and see the world. I also want to have the opportunity to capture people's happiest moments for them to cherish forever.

My biggest inspiration is Chris Burkard, a photograper who travels the world taking beautiful landscape photos. Someday, I hope I can do the same thing.

Thank you for taking the time to get to know me.
